山田航平作品の抽選販売をいたします。
10月5日～10月26日の期間中、個展会場（FUMA Contemporary Tokyo | 日・月休）または、メールでご応募頂きましたお客様の中から、抽選で作品を販売させていただきます。ご当選後はご購入確定となり、キャンセルは受け付けておりませんのでご注意ください。11月中にご当選者のみにご連絡いたします。お支払いは、当選メールから5日以内にお願いいたします。
【 販売規約 】
・ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、返品、交換は承っておりません。ご購入意思のある作品のみご応募ください。
・ご購入はご本人様のみとさせていただきます。代理購入と判断された場合、キャンセルとなります。
・配送について、日時指定は承っておりません。
・転居、移転等による受け取り不可に関し、当方は責任を負いません。
・お支払いから配送まで最長2カ月お時間を頂戴しております。
・お客様の長期不在・受け取り拒否により発生した料金はお客様負担となります。また、その間に発生した破損は責任を負いかねます。
・お支払いは現金または、お振込みとなります。
・販売規約に関しましては予告なく変更される場合がございます。

We are pleased to announce we are selling Kohei Yamada’s work by lottery.
Over the period from October 5th to October 26th, artworks will be sold at FUMA Contemporary Tokyo | BUNKY ART (closed on Sundays and Mondays), or via email application. Please note, that if you are selected as a winner of the lottery, cancellation will not be accepted. We will contact the winners only in November. Please make your payment within 5 days after receiving the results.
【Terms of Sale 】
・We do not accept cancellation requests, returns and exchanges after the order is confirmed. Please apply only for the artwork you wish to purchase.
・Purchase can be made by the person themselves. No proxy purchase. If it is determined as proxy purchase, it will be cancelled.
・Delivery date cannot be designated.
・We do not take responsibility if you are unable to accept your order due to change of address or moving.
・It will take 2 months at the longest for the artworks to be delivered after the payment is finalized.
・Any fees due to long-term absence or refusal to accept orders will be paid at customer’s expense. We do not take responsibility for any damages occurred to the artwork during this period.
・We accept payments by cash or bank transfer.
・Terms of sale can be modified at any point without prior notice.
