金巻芳俊・新作版画、ドローイング販売への多数のご応募を誠にありがとうございました。抽選結果は当選者様へ2月末までにメールにてご連絡させていただく予定でおりましたが、当初の予定よりも選考作業に時間がかかることとなりましたため、誠に勝手ながら発表を3月末に延期させていただきます。ご応募を頂きました皆様、また発表を心待ちにされている皆様に、選考・結果発表が遅れることを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

 

非常感謝大家參與本次金卷芳俊版畫、手稿的作品抽選。
由於參加抽選人數超乎預期，造成抽選作業無法如期完成，故抽選結果發表將延遲至三月底。

Thank you very much for the large number of applications for Yoshitoshi Kanemaki’s new prints and drawings. We were planning to notify the winners of the lottery by email by the end of February, but the selection process will take longer than initially expected. Due to this, we are afraid we will need to postpone the lottery results untill the end of March.

For those who had applied and have been looking forward to the announcement, we regret to inform you that the results will be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- 本作品の額縁は保護用であり、弊社からのサービスとなります。額のみ破損があった場合は返品、交換はお受けできません。

4) 当選メールをお送りしてから2日以内にご返信を頂けない場合、また5日以内にお支払いが完了しない場合は権利を放棄したものとみなし、再度抽選を行います。

Terms and conditions of Sale
 
Only proceed with this transaction if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
 
It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with any transaction. 
 
You must keep the possession of the purchased print, not sell it or dispose of any interest in it for 1 year after purchase. 
 
There is one item purchase possible for one person (one family).
This clause applies to a natural person acting for purposes outside a business. If the print is purchased by an agency or business we shall have the right to cancel the sale.
 
Cancel policy
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
 
If you notice any damages, please contact us within 4 days after receiving the print, we require digital images - photo or video of any defects. We shall not accept any claims after this period. Damage examination will be held by shipping company and covered by the insurance they provide. (fuma.con.2@gmail.com)
No claims will be accepted past 4 days upon the delivery of the print due to the difficulties in determining the reason for the occurred damage. 
Damage examination by shipping company will be withheld after fixed period has past. We have dealt with similar claim, which we were unable to solve in satisfactory way due to extended time frame, as we received the claim several months after the delivery.
One of our customers brought a claim of damage several months after receiving a print, which was sent to a given address in Japan. Regardless of the print being sent abroad by the customer, he claimed the occurred damage was our responsibility. The 4 days period must be taken into consideration. We shall not be liable for any damage occurred after this period.   
 
We provide refunds for the prints that cannot be exchanged due to the lack of backup prints.
 
We provide protective frames to selected prints. If any damage occurs to provided frame only, we shall refuse any refunds or exchanges. 
 
We shall have the right to cancel the sale if there are any differences in information provided by a buyer: card number, name, address, phone number.
 
If you refuse to take delivery of the work we are entitled to treat the sale as cancelled, without the refund of any part of the purchase price. 
 
If any violation of terms and conditions occurs, we shall treat the sale as cancelled. We will then refund a calculated fee. 
We shall have the right to change the terms and conditions without notice to you.

There is one one person one email policy. If you send numerous emails we shall handle the application as invalid.

You will receive an email with all the information about payment methods to your email address that you have provided till the end on March. We shall contact only the customers chosen. We shall not announce the results of the lottery. 

If there is no reply received from chosen customers within 2 days, or if the payment is not placed within 5 days we shall have the right to cancel the sell and choose another customer.   
Orders can be paid with credit cards by those who do not own a bank account in Japan. 
For Japanese customers, or those who have a bank account in Japan, we only accept payments via bank transfer.
 
We will ship the works in order of payment completion. Shipping will not take longer than 4 months.

【購買注意事項】

- 日本在住者或持有日本銀行帳戶者可以匯款方式交易。

- 海外的購入者請麻煩使用信用卡交易。

- 請注意信用卡的個人資料如和收件人須一致，如不一致藝廊將會取消此次購買權利。

-  由於新型冠狀病毒的影響，交貨時間可能會延遲最長4-6個月。
 
【商品交換注意事項】

- 版畫購入後不接受個人因素原因退換貨。
寄出商品都本廊會負擔運輸保險，收到商品如遇損壞等狀況，麻煩請於四天內貨運保險期限內，傳送照片和影片至下方信箱。(fuma.con.2@gmail.com)
如相同版畫有庫存將會立刻聯繫安排補送等相關事宜，若版畫數量不足則會退款。

※ 超過四天以上聯繫者一率無法退換商品，另外寄送地為日本地址再由自己轉送者，如商品有破損，藝廊也不負相關責任。

- 隨作品會附上外框作為版畫保護之用，如寄送過程造成外框受損之情況，不在退換貨的範圍。

- 版畫購入前麻煩請先確定購買明細（顏色、款式、數量等），如訂單確立將無法在進行更改。

- 版畫購入前麻煩請先確定個人資訊，如遇收件地址拒絕收貨，藝廊無法退還任何費用。

- 如違反規約，經查證屬實，藝廊將會取消此次交易，客戶得自行負擔衍生的相當費用。 

- 藝廊有解釋一切購買之權利。

5) 海外郵寄的場合，需另外支付運費以及包裝費，也有可能需支付關稅的情況發生。
